We are in need of a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is full time with benefits and competitive pay. A qualified maintenance technician will have experience in all aspects of apartment general maintenance as well as excellent communication skills.
Full Time 9:00am-5:30pm
Apartment Maintenance Job duties include but are not limited to:
* painting
* drywall
* small appliance repair
* plumbing
* HVAC experience (EPA certification)

Apartment Maintenance Requirements:
* 2(+) years maintenance experience
* Valid Drivers License
* acceptable background check
