What You Will Be Doing

As The Construction Sr Project Manager / Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing a full team of project / field members, create benchmarks for success and deliverables (including managing budgets) and plan work assignments that meet deadlines requirements while considering changes in budget or scope during the execution of the contract. We are looking for a candidate with multifamily ground up and renovation experience.
