The Role:

As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will focus on the on-trade channel, developing and executing tailored marketing strategies to increase brand presence and customer engagement. Working closely with sales and brand teams, you’ll ensure our portfolio is well-positioned to meet the needs of customers and consumers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer marketing plans to drive brand visibility and sales growth in the on-trade sector.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create and deliver impactful promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key on-trade accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and activation strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively and track the success of campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

About You:

• Proven experience in customer/trade marketing, ideally within the spirits or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of the on-trade channel, with a passion for the hospitality and drinks industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving growth and performance through data-driven decisions.
