Senior Design Manager - Residential - Main Contractor
Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them one of the most exciting names in the London and South East construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects.
Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre Senior Design Manager to oversee preconstruction / design on an upcoming £100m+ residential new build in East London.
The ideal candidate will already possess:
* A minimum of 10 years construction design experience - including as No.1.
* Large scale new Build residential project experience.
* Main contracting background.
* Preconstruction experience.
* Stable career history (ie good length of engagement)
* Relevant industry qualifications.
In return for the above, our client will offer an excellent salary, negotibale on experience.
