Project Manager - Hotel Opening Coordination - £500-£600pd (Inside IR35) - Initial 6 Months - Hybrid

Are you a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry? Our client is experiencing exciting growth in its lodging portfolio, and we're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this newly established role, you will lead the way in project management, overseeing pre-opening, conversion, and special projects for our properties across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of pre-opening tasks, conversions, and special projects to ensure their successful completion.
• Collaborate closely with the PTS Project Manager for pre-opening properties to develop and execute strategies aligned with corporate goals and brand standards.
• Ensure seamless project execution while aligning with our company objectives.
• Facilitate the acquisition of necessary licences and certifications for all pre-opening properties.
• Work with various teams to integrate Global Brand Standards and guidelines, customising for brand-specific needs.
• Partner with finance teams to develop and manage budgets, optimising resource allocation.
• Cooperate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety, security, and sustainability guidelines.

Requirements

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
• A proven track record of successful project execution and operational excellence in a multi-property or corporate setting.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.
• Extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, trends, and best practices.
• (Desirable) Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status.
