Job Purpose: The Web Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web presence, working closely with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies, growth hacking techniques, and CRM integration. This role requires experience in WordPress, drag-and-drop builders like Framer and Webflow, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development & Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress and drag-and-drop builders like Framer and Webflow.
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance across all devices.

1. SEO Implementation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for better visibility and higher search rankings.

1. Growth Hacking:

• Work with marketing to identify and implement growth hacking strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop landing pages and A/B test variations to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

1. CRM Integration:

• Integrate and manage CRM systems with the website to streamline customer data collection and marketing automation.
• Ensure seamless data flow between the website and CRM for effective lead management and customer engagement.

1. Digital Marketing Support:

• Assist in the creation and deployment of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and PPC.
• Collaborate on content creation, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing goals.

1. Analytics & Reporting:

• Set up and manage website analytics tools to monitor performance and track key metrics.
• Provide regular reports on website performance, SEO progress, and growth hacking results.

1. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest web development, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
• Implement new tools and technologies to enhance website performance and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a focus on marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency in WordPress and drag-and-drop builders like Framer and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with on-page and off-page optimization.
• Experience with CRM systems and integrating them with websites.
• Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
