Job Description

Position: Corporate Receptionist Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site) Salary: $50,000 Job Type: Permanent Our client, a professional services firm in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team permanently. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role and/or in a corporate environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages as needed. - Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. - Maintain a tidy and organized reception areas Requirements: - At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a front desk/receptionist or corporate setting is required. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. - Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
