Director of Marketing – Vancouver, BC – Up to $125k Bonus We are collaborating with a renowned hospitality group known for its award-winning restaurants in Vancouver and New York. They are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategies across both cities, driving brand awareness and engagement for their diverse culinary portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all restaurants in Vancouver and New York, ensuring alignment with the brand vision and business goals Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and print, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Collaborate with restaurant leadership teams to create tailored promotional initiatives, events, and partnerships that drive guest traffic and enhance the dining experience Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving desired ROI and business outcomes Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the hospitality industry Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance across all marketing activities What they are looking for: 5 years of marketing experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy, with experience driving engagement and brand visibility Leadership experience managing a marketing team, with the ability to mentor, guide, and foster a collaborative working environment Experience with multi-location marketing in large markets such as New York and Vancouver, understanding regional differences and customer preferences Exceptional communication and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and align marketing efforts with business objectives What they’re offering: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
