This firm has considerable experience on a wide variety of building types of varying scale and complexity, committing to high quality innovative design on all. As an Architectural Technologist you will be working across commercial, institutional, industrial, hospitality and residential project types. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with our design team, project managers, job captains, and specifications team to support the design development of projects. Additionally, assist in planning and preparing construction documents and support permit applications Create architectural BIM models, starting from the Concept/Schematic Design phase and continuing through all design and construction stages Providing support for Contract Administration process, site review and documentation Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry Qualifications You have 1-3 years progressive experience as an architectural technologist Revit proficient You have experience working in Multi-Family, Commercial/Retail, Institutional, Hospitality. You are knowledgeable of building codes, building construction systems, engineering systems, building materials and specifications is required Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously High level of creativity, innovative thinking and problem solving skills Pay range and compensation package The successful candidate will receive an attractive compensation package of $50,000- $60,000 (dependent on experience) bonus (based on performance) extended benefits, paid parking and flexible work hours.
