Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a people manager in the premium hospitality or co-working industry.
  • Extensive experience in building management and managing different stakeholders to meet ever-changing client demands.
  • Extensive experience leading extraordinary customer experience.
  • Financial awareness, cost-effective building management, and managing budgets.
  • Excelllent experience with H&S, facilities and managing contractors.
  • Highly refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you can expect as our Workspace Manager

  • You will lead, challenge and set the standard for what the Workplace experience can be.
  • Create an exceptional building environment each and every day that supports our member (Millenium Partners/MLP’s) needs.
  • Ensure that the site is always effectively managed and staffed to the correct levels and manage the day to day
  • Communicate and reinforce all company standards, policies and procedures as laid out by the Fora Values, Purpose and Vision, ensuring to adapt and align to the clients standards and expectations.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all FOH procedures as directed by the clients reception team, processes and IT systems used to manage operations, and the building.
  • Responsible in ensuring that all amenities offered as a part of the Fora membership are stocked in line with budget and finance requirements.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all informational databases.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business- ensuring that all monthly and weekly tasks are completed on time and effectively.
  • Working efficiently with the wider Fora team to ensure consistent delivery of the Fora brand and product, adapting where needed to maintain and meet the standards and expectations
  • Host Bi-Weekly meetings between Fora the client to ensure communication of updates are managed effectively, taking onboard feedback to evolve and adapt ways of working in line with expectations
  • Host Bi-Annual reporting meetings alongside your AM and FM to summarise and deliver a comprehensive update of the prior 6 months, focusing on prior improvements and forward focuses
  • Taking a proactive approach to building management, ensuring you regularly inspect the workplace and track all
  • necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Work alongside the Member Experience team to deliver high quality events and experiences for members on site
  • People Management - Appraisals, end of year reviews, coaching and development.
  • Have a strong understanding of the site P&L ensuring questions are submitted monthly to finance on any discrepancies or anomalies .
  • Work in collaboration with the Facilities department to ensure security on site are adhering to policy and regulations, maintaining services aligned to our clients expectations.
  • Work in collaboration with the Facilities department to Monitor and manage performance of cleaning and soft services suppliers
  • Work in collaboration with facilities and third party suppliers to ensure the correct operation and continual monitoring of the buildings CCTV system ensuring that all records are kept, and statutory procedures are carried out.
