Bartender

NOPI is a a busy and buzzy restaurant in Soho from the Ottolenghi group. The bartender role is a balance of making cocktails and other drinks for our guests and looking after diners at the bar so you must love working with food too. For the creative bartenders, there is also a bonus scheme for cocktails you list on our menu.

Key attributes:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant environment
• Passionate about the restaurant industry and knowledgeable about food and wine
• Excellent guest relations skills
• Great team player with strong communication skills
