Job Description

As a Receptionist at The Cadogan, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will help create a memorable experience for each guest as you handle check-ins, check-outs, and various inquiries with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes
  • Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and reservations
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and professionalism
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper communication of all guest information
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • A professional appearance and demeanor
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
