General Maintenance Operative

As a General Maintenance Operative at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will work alongside the Maintenance team undertaking a wide range of jobs. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of building maintenance principles and demonstrate proficiency in executing a diverse range of repair and upkeep tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of our facilities.

The role is full time 40 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the building(s) and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
