Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability of building projects
  • Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules, and manage project documentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, building trust and managing expectations
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring delivery within budget constraints
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD to produce technical drawings and models
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections and tests as required by regulatory and building codes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Experience in project management in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of building design, construction methodologies, and project management principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work on and off-site and occasional travel as required.
