Our new team member will be responsible to oversee our guest's customer service experience. Respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Responds to inquiries regarding hotel information and guest concerns. Promote a safe environment and quality services to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and financial success. Ultimately this role is core as it ensures customer loyalty and strengthens our hotels reputation.
