Location: Costa Mesa, CA ($3k relocation assistance if you don't live in Costa Mesa)
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000+

Requirements:
- 5-11+ Years Relevant Experience
- Bachelor of Science in civil engineering or similar
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California (or soon to get)

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a team of civil designers in the design of precise grading plans on commercial projects
- Manage projects (ie: High Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and QSR developments)
- Establish and oversee project parameters & design criteria while following general design standards
- Work directly with Principal to produce accurate and competitive proposals and business development.
