Fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning real estate firm in their mixed-use residential team as a Property Consultant.

Responsibilities - Property Consultant Block Management

Work with developers in respect of the management set up for mixed-use and residential developments

Attending meetings

Produce service charge budgets

Reading and reviewing draft leases

Running management tenders

Providing support in all projects that the company are instructed on

Reviewing leases and service charge budgets

Assisting with the overseeing of managing agents performance

Additional support to members of the team

Experience and Skills Required - Property Consultant Block Management

Ability to work under pressure and meet the targeted deadlines

High level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain high standards

Report writing

Confident to present in front of clients

Strong communication skills

Ideally, hold an industry qualification, TPI or RICS

Salary: £50k to £60k
