Litigation Associate - 2-4PQE

Pure Search are exclusively instructed by a major City law firm who are looking to grow their Commercial Litigation practice at 2-4PQE.

Our Client:

Our client is ranked in Tier 1 by Legal 500 across a range of practice areas and their Commercial Litigation team is also ranked highly as an established but growing practice. Having recently hired two partners into their disputes practice from US law firms, they are now looking to add a junior-mid level associate with a broad disputes background.

The Disputes team benefits from a 1:1 Partner / Associate ratio, which will provide great exposure and development opportunities for the right individual. Over 60% of the firm's clients are based internationally and you will be exposed to some of the biggest names across the media, entertainment, tech, hospitality, sports, retail and leisure sectors, as well as a number of leading financial services, fraud and regulatory claims.

The Role:

The role will offer a high levels of responsibility and suit someone that is looking for a hands on role with plenty of exposure to clients. You will work with all partners across the board, providing exposure to:

• Breach of contract and commercial disputes;
• Shareholder and fraud litigation;
• Corporate and Financial Services disputes;
• Group litigation claims;
• Antitrust litigation;
• Policyholder insurance disputes;
• International arbitration.

About You:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2-4 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation. You will be joining a team with a high retention rate and will be someone that is looking for that long-term next step in your career.
