Executive Assistant – Financial services

Office based with some adhoc flexibility

£60000 - £65,000 excellent benefits and generous bonus

Our client is an international Private Equity firm with stunning offices, exceptional benefits and a very positive, collaborative culture.

We are hiring an experienced EA from Financial services or a similar fast-paced sector such as consultancy, to join a very experienced and highly regarded team. This role will see you provide seamless support to a Senior Partner and a wider team of five. The EA role requires lots of scheduling and client contact and would suit an EA with a minimum of 10 years’ experience who is used to working for senior level stakeholders and in an environment that exposes you to C-suite decision makers. You should have a mature approach and be used to “managing upwards” to pre-empt any potential roadblocks for your team.

It is generally a 5 day office based role, however, if the team is travelling there is flexibility for 1 day working from home.
