Salary: Basic £28,000-£30,000 OTE £35,000-£45,000

Its market-leading website helps people find the right restaurants and venues for their events while at the same time giving restaurants, bars, pubs or other venues the opportunity to promote themselves with various digital marketing tools.

Overall Purpose

To manage up to 250 accounts to ensure an on-going renewal rate in excess of 85%

Responsibilities

● Onboarding of all new accounts, giving them a full run through of the platform

● Have an effective call with each account at least once a quarter, with regular check ins every 6 weeks

● Ensure each account listing is up to date and accurate and that they are marketed in the best possible way

● Understanding clients business needs to help them get the best ROI from their spend

● Management of CRM system, keeping it up to date with account interactions and key information

● Coaching clients to make full use of the admin tools

● Where appropriate upsell listings to higher levels

● Cross sell other marketing opportunities including SquareMeal Rewards

Qualifications

● Graduate or equivalent

● At least 1 years proven account management or onboarding experience

● Be organised and able to manage fluctuating workloads

● Strong attention to detail

● Be skilled in the areas of influencing and communication at a senior level

● Have strong business awareness skills to explain the benefit of ROI of working with SquareMeal

● Have strong customer orientation and teamwork capabilities

● Be prepared to listen to other points of view and be open to suggestions and solutions

● Be flexible, prepared to admit to mistakes and have the ability to deviate from the original plan in a constantly changing environment
