• Up to £35,000 depending on experience
• Attractive Quarterly Bonus Scheme (paid for last consecutive 11 quarters)

The Job Role:

• A Restaurant Manager to support in leading a busy Branded Restaurant
• A Restaurant Manager to continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
• A Restaurant Manager that is strong and capable of running a busy shift in a large venue
• Developing a high-performing and motivated team

The Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
• Experience with managing large teams is a must
• You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful Restaurant Manager will have led fresh food operations
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
• The successful Restaurant Manager must come from a busy Branded Restaurant or gastro pub background

• Due to location own transport is essential
