We are proud to be working with a rapidly growing, premium dessert business known for their artisan approach to crafting high-quality treats. With a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, they have built a strong reputation for innovation and sustainability within the food and beverage sector. Their brand has experienced significant growth and expansion, therefore are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-Executive Director to join their board.

The Individual:

We are looking for a seasoned executive with a strong background within the food and beverage, or hospitality sectors ideally with desserts experience. You will be able to help steer a Founder led business during stages of significant growth.

Requirements:

• CEO/ Executive or NED experience within a similar industry
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to challenge and guide the executive team.
• A deep understanding of scaling premium brands and navigating competitive markets.
• Experience in governance, risk management, and corporate social responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at board level.
• Passion for food and sustainability, with a genuine interest in premium, artisanal products.
• Monitor company performance and advise on potential risks, opportunities, and market trends.
• Bring insights and expertise from your industry experience to support the company’s growth, especially in areas such as food production, retail, franchising, or hospitality.
• Ensure strong corporate governance and compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.
• Promote sustainability, innovation, and ethical business practices in line with company values.
