Leasing Manager

Central London (Office Based)

Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 + Company Bonus (Depending on experience)


SPE Connect is looking for a Leasing Manager to join an iconic brand that is rapidly expanding. This role is office based in the central London head office. And will be required to be in 4 days a week.


The Role:

This Leasing Manager will be responsible for providing leasing and property expertise to all of the estate across UK and Ireland. Supporting the company in maintaining a strong property portfolio - particular focus on lease renewals, rent reviews, closures, relocations, remodels and any other key lease milestones.

Being the conduit of getting a new business up and running, specific on the lease and leasing contracts. The new business development team finds new sites and then it will go to the leasing team when it goes through the legal process when it is start the lease together. Being the subject matter expert on leasing for the Area Managers.


About You!

  • The ideal candidate has technical knowledge in leasing
  • Varied stakeholder management
  • Lives in the London or within a comfortable commute of Central London
  • Background of 5+ years of leasing (someone that wants to work with consultants, solicitors, professional property etc)
  • Needs to understand rent reviews, lease renewals - technical parts of leasing
  • Desirable to have worked within the Franchising world and with Franchising leases
