Floor Manager- Bar and Restaurant

We are looking for a confident, approachable Floor Manager to support the Food and Beverage Manager in the provision of an exemplary, customer service focused, food and beverage offer to the members and delegates of the RSM and their guests.

Responsibilities include:

• The RSM Club food & beverage facilities, and when required RSM Events food & beverage facilities
• Club Rooms service including ensuring the bar and environs are prepared for service including mise en place, correct stock levels, clean glasses and prep for next day’s shift completed.
• To be fully conversant with the terms and detail of the wines and drinks list to assist guests with their choice.
• To maintain a good relationship with customers and staff at all times, ensuring all are treated with equal courtesy and politeness.

You will have a track record of Customer Service Delivery in a similar environment with supervisory experience and an understanding around food safety procedures.
