Job Description

We have an exciting brand new opportunity to join our Travel Merchandising team. The Merchandising Coordinator will support the Merchandising Director and Travel merchandising team in the planning and co-ordination of cross-category merchandising activity and cross functional activity.


Within the Merchandising team you will develop and maintain a KPI dashboard and support strategic initiatives e.g. central replenishment. This role would be ideal for someone wanting to broaden their knowledge of supply chain, merchandising and the business in general as it will interface with several internal and external teams


Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in the daily store replenishment review process – reporting & updating across all categories including Food
  • Daily Calculation & Allocation of Top 100 Key lines
  • Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of the store replenishment tool.
  • Responsibility to prepare stock forward planning reports for the Airport Consolidation Centres
  • Generate and be the main point of contact for Weekly Throughput and Logistics Reporting
  • Retail delivery availability reporting on a Weekly and Ad Hoc basis.
  • Creation of Retail Delivery stock allocation reports for the Merchandising teams
  • Attendance at Weekly Retail Delivery Meeting - reporting back on progress & key updates to the wider Merch Planning team.
  • Generate daily reporting for the Food Merchandising Team
  • Calculate and Generate Food & Fruit ordering for Warehouse delivery.
  • Lead the creation of Monthly stock Provision reporting for all Categories.
  • Support the stock budgeting process by creating the stock budget templates.
  • Ad Hoc creation of centralised Merchandising Reporting.
  • Be the main point of contact for store / internal queries and assist with resolving these in a timely manner.


Required Education and Experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, time management and prioritisation
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Great team player
  • Intermediate Excel experience and degree educated – desirable
