Resident Host (Concierge)

About the Role

The Resident Host will be a member of the team at our new Maidenhead neighbourhood. We are advancing through a busy stage of mobilisation conducting viewings and leasing out brand new apartments. The team is responsible for delivering the Get Living promise by driving an excellent resident living experience.

The teams at all our sites ensure neighbourhoods are prepared to a high standard for viewings and occupancy. The Resident Host will be the primary customer facing representative for all residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers and contractors. They will ensure that current and prospective residents enjoy an exemplary experience from first enquiry to move-in through to an enduring and sustained residency experience thereafter.

Our story

Get Living are pioneers in the build-to-rent sector, built on a founding principle to change renting for the better. We started in 2013 transforming the London Olympic althletes village in Stratford into East Village, a thriving residential neighbourhood with shopping, amenities and transport links on the doorstep. And we continuing to mobilise new neighbourhoods across the country - the South East and Midlands.
