Head Sushi Chef

An incredible opportunity is now available for an experienced Executive Chef/Head Sushi Chef to join one of Florida’s (United States) most exciting restaurant groups.

This successful establishment offers a Asian/Mediterranean fusion cuisine with Omakaze in a high volume setting. You will be managing a large brigade of chefs, work with SOPs, revenue target and costing, and menu development.

A salary of circa $150,000 per annum as well as a generous Medical care contribution and various other benefits are on offer for the right candidate. You must be able to relocate, everything will be provided for you (visa, flights, etc).

The company group has a very reputable name therefore ideally you will have excellent understanding of Asian, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisine. High volume experience is ideal, and also have worked in 1* or 2* Michelin Star restaurants.
