You’ll assist with both on the ground & HQ office support when required. From carrying out H&S inspections & supporting their Guest Service Manager on site, to coordinating repairs & dealing with requests from their head office.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Weekly fire alarm tests and recording
  • Emergency lighting tests each week
  • Maintain communal spaces, ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and fully operational
  • Prepare check out and check in inventory reports
  • Report all health and safety issues to Head Office
  • PPM and Reactive Maintenance activities


Your Requirements:


  • You will need to have a strong customer service ethic
  • Ability to handle a dynamic workload and be on-call for emergencies
  • Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
  • You need to have experience in either the BTR, PBSA or Co-Living Sector.
