Role Overview:

We are in search of a Head Sommelier or Senior Sommelier with a strong background in Michelin star and fine dining restaurants to be part of the team in an elegant service setting catering for the members of the club - VIPs, billionaires, and celebrities. The ideal Sommelier MUST have at least 1* Michelin star experience in the past, and high volume background like 5-star hotels.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Head Sommelier level in private members club, 5-star hotels, or Michelin star restaurants
• Great personality and leadership to build relationships
• Flexibility and understanding of the guest needs and expectations
• Be able to relocate to USA for a 1 year fixed contract with possibility to renewal
• Understanding of new world and old wines, international, French, and American, and perhaps even natural wines
• WSET level 3 minimum

Offered Benefits:

• Attractive and negotiable salary package.
• Full relocation package with accommodation subsidy.
• Salary around $90,000 to £100,000 per annum plus benefits
• Offering to pay your Masters of Wine course
