Location - Milton Keynes, Reading, Oxford Area

Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 (Depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Company Bonus

Our client is a ambitious global QSR brand with a unique people culture, that continue to grow

across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join their growing team to help with their franchisees' sites in the Oxfordshire area. You can be based in Milton Keynes, Reading or Oxford surrounding areas and must be comfortable with commuting.

The Role:

● Using your considerable operational experience, you’ll support your stakeholders

to deliver excellence across their businesses - motivating, developing, and

inspiring them to coach their team members to maximise their potential

● You'll be given all the tools you need to help your stakeholders businesses thrive,

whether you're suggesting new ideas or implementing better ways of working –

You will be there for them every step of the way!

What you’ll need:

● Experience of driving success on a large scale at a multi-site level from a

QSR, food retail or branded hospitality environment

● Ability to embrace change, be able to challenge others to improve and be ready to

adapt plans to achieve results through influence & engagement.

● Strong commercial focus with delivery through people

● An outgoing, affable personality, with a clear focus on the customer journey and

P&L performance to achieve profit growth
