Within the Australian market, the RESIpm team provide Residential Property Management services to a premium client base across the commercial, retail, hotel, government and industrial property sectors.
What this job involves:
We have an opportunity for a Relief Building Manager to join our team! In the role, you will work collaboratively with experienced building managers across various residential assets in NSW to cover their leave.
A snapshot of the role:
* Cover existing Building Managers whilst on leave
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
* Manage multiple buildings across various sites as required
* Ensure common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation
* Provide superior levels of customer service

* Experience in hotel or building security, building concierge, facilities management or operations
* Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
* Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
