Job Description

Job Summary

Manages a team of support staff including Financial Analysts, Reporting, Sourcing and ancillary staff. Responsible for overseeing BU commercial administrative functions and off-account operations support including benchmarking, accounting analysis support and serves as a trusted advisor for BU leaders. Oversees Faciltiy Transition and Transformation Projects in concert with Account teams and other BU team members.

Essential Duties

* Business Management
* Provides operational reporting and analytical support, accounting analysis support, benchmarking and continuous improvement for new and existing accounts.
* Oversees ongoing development implementation and adherence to Facility Management System
* Oversees reporting and alnalytics and CMMS support functions.
* Works with BU leaders to develop annual business plans and financial budgets.
* Manages, assists, and guides Business Leaders with monthly, quarterly, annual financial forecasting.
* Provides strategic leadership, direct coaches and develops staff to achieve performance goals and company objectives. Shares the technical expertise and experience. Ensures effective training and development of direct reports. Ensures adequate staffing levels. Conducts timely, complete and meaningful performance management conversations.
* Serves as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership at all levels to gather insights, establis priorities and partner with cross-functional teams.
* Manages expenditures that support the business. Develops and analyzes metrics used to manage accounts and operations.
* Monitor complex monthly support teams performance metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency and quality are met.
* Assists in developing short and long-term business strategy and execution plans for the business unit's strategic planning initiatives.
* Display continuously the characteristics of a change leader in the organization.


* Transition and Transformation
* Oversees transition start up activities for new accounts and supporting delivery transformation of new and existing accounts as assigned
* Facilities transition through change management and communication activities between BU, account and client teams
* Ensures adherence to transition and transformation timelines as agreed with client and account teams
* Responsible for standing up governance process and routines, reporting and managing progress throughout transtion/transformation project.



Minimum Requirements

Qualified in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology

* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Facilty Management, Business, Operations Management, Project Management or similar


* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for asking questions and driving improvements
* Strong organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* Demonstrates knowledge of business strategy in day to day delivery.
* Experience in leading transition and transformation projects and programs, on-schedule and within budget
* Demonstrated competence in preparation and execution of Lean/Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
* Experience in standing up and leading organizational change initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to manage across organizatiponal boundaries and influence across internal orgations and external stakeholders
* Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
* Experience in supervising staff
* Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
* Ability to manage multiple customers
