The Complex General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and superior communication skills to maintain a seamless relationship with the client and deliver outstanding food quality and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage all P&L and budgeting aspects for the account.
+ Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
+ Lead HR functions including hiring, performance management, and terminations.
+ Supervise team scheduling, payroll, and ongoing staff training.
+ Foster strong relationships with customers, guests, the client, and internal departments.
+ Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and ensure top-quality food offerings.
+ Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the company's marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ BS in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (preferred).
+ 5+ years of foodservice operations experience.
+ High-volume production and catering expertise.
+ Proven experience managing budgets and financial operations.
+ A passion for growth and development within a leading foodservice company.
