My client are an award winning fit out company delivering high quality projects across the UK.
They have developed an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding, award-winning projects across sectors including offices, hotels, leisure, education, residential and retail.
They are now recruiting for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a retail fit out project in South London.
As the Senior QS, your role will involve:
Cost control and value management strategies.
Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
Manage cash flow.
Manage subcontractor payments.
Provide guidance on contractual issues.
Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
