Your responsibilities will include assisting residents to/from their programs, executing engaging leisure/recreation therapy activities, and facilitating customized group sessions (social, physical, spiritual, etc.), as well as one-to-one programs. Your keen observations of resident progress and behavior will be crucial in providing valuable feedback to the Supervisor/Recreation Therapist, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs.
