Your Role: In this role, you'll provide recreation and leisure programs to clients, both individually and in groups, tailoring activities to their needs. You'll assess their recreation requirements, develop therapeutic plans, and coordinate their delivery, evaluating outcomes to ensure effectiveness. Documenting observations and collaborating with healthcare professionals to address client issues are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, you'll contribute to Recreation Therapy services, participating in quality assurance, research, and educational activities as required.
