Job Description

Facilities Planner/Technologist As part of a dynamic Facilities Team, you will be responsible for the planning, designing, drafting, surveying, and cost-estimating of the construction site improvements, maintenance and minor renovation of schools and district sites. Assignment: Full time, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Location: District Facilities Office Salary: $40.23 per hour. This position includes a comprehensive benefits and pension package. Your Education and Experience High school graduation or the equivalent Graduation from an ASTTBC accredited diploma program in a related technology, with and five years related experience, and a minimum of three (3) years experience in project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience Eligible for registration with ASTTBC as a certified technologist Strong interpersonal skills A thorough working knowledge of MS Office products, and an understanding of operating systems, networking and GIS software Thorough and current working knowledge of computer-assisted drawing programs Valid B.C.
