Seasonal Painter

Carowinds is seeking Seasonal Painters to join our Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various painting and wallpapering applications to Carowinds properties.

• Apply various paints and stain coatings to wood, metal, plaster, or other surfaces using brush, roller, or spray techniques.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old paint coatings and ensuring they are ready to accept new coatings.
• Mix and match paint colors for accuracy as required.
• Paint rides and structural elements to meet maintenance guidelines.
• Provide excellent guest service according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area and comply with safety guidelines.
• Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
• Adhere to company rules of conduct and specific grooming standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass mandatory drug tests and background checks.
