Job Description
I am currently working in partnership with a rapidly expanding electrical business who are looking to recruit a Fixed Wire Testing Electrician to work in commercial properties covering the Berkshire area.
The salary for this position is £38,000 – (OTE up to 45K)
The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm - optional overtime and call out available.
Duties -
* Conducting fixed wire testing and completing laptop based EICRs (electrical installation condition reports)
* Completing emergency light testing and remedial work including socket, light and switch changes
* General electrical maintenance within commercial buildings
Work is all within 90 mins of your home address and its all-commercial work – schools, colleges, hotels, retail stores, industrial units etc,
The sites covered have over 250 circuits to test so will normally only be travelling to 1, or 2 jobs per day.

Requirements -
* 18th Edition
* 2391 – or equivalent
* NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations
* Full UK driving license
