Would you like to provide 1st and 2nd line support across multiple sites?

What will you be doing?
§ You will be responsible for supporting all users with their IT issues,
§ Providing 1st and 2nd line support,
§ Proposing IT solutions,
§ Managing the ticket system - resolving where possible,
§ Responsible for all Midland and Northern sites.

What will you need?
§ Previous IT helpdesk experience,
§ Customer service focused,
§ Ability to travel to other sites and stay overnight occasionally,
§ Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
