Southampton Football Club is based in the heart of the city and is treasured by its local fans. The club has been nicknamed “The Saints” since the club was founded in 1885. This is because it was founded as a church football team and was originally called St Mary's Young Men's Association. The club was renamed Southampton F.C. after the club won the Southern League in 1897, but the nickname has endured.

We are looking for experienced, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals wanting to join our team at Constellation.

Main Responsibilities

Based in our busy bars and restaurants, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service for our guests.

Working as part of a driven and professional team, our hospitality waiters make events special and memorable.

As the primary port of call for all guests during their meal, this role is to engage with guests to enhance their experience, efficiently and accurately communicating their requests with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.

You will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, take orders and serve food to tables. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.

Deliver quick and efficient food service to our guests.

Restaurant plated service

Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next customers

Approachable attitude and personality

Skills / Qualifications / Requirements

Living in the local area with accessibility to Southampton FC (St Marys Stadium)

Must have 1 year + experience in a hospitality setting (CV required for application)

Due to the nature of the role and working hours you must be over 18.

Familiar with working in the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery
