Chef De Partie

Interaction Recruitment are seeking Chef De Partie's for a wide range of contracts accross Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Our main goal currently is to support a client based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, NN13.

They are looking for temporary cover (up to) 5 out of 7 days per week starting no earlier than 06:00 and finishing no later than 20:30.

The site caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner services. Offering fresh produce staff meals and fine dining experiences.

There is a team of 38 staff to include 25 kitchen staff currently and they are expanding. They will require experienced CDPs as they complete up to 1000 covers per day.

Whether you have set days off in your rota, are available for agency work or looking for weekend shifts - we want to hear from you.

CDP must:

- have at least 6 months commercial kitchen experience

- possess a L2 food hygiene certificate or higher

- be time served or fully qualified Chef

- have 'high volume, high quality' fresh produce experience

- hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

- be presentable, communicative, professional, personable and have excellent time keeping

CDP desirables:

- will have a enhanced DBS clearance

- shall have extensive experience working in fine dining restaurants, five-star hotels or quality catering units

We're also looking for temporary cover for Kitchen Porter, Food & Beverage and Sous Chef. Pay rates relative to the role.
