Job Description

Accommodation Support Workers (Homelessness) ~

Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with a local authority in the Greater Manchester area who are seeking several Accommodation Support Workers to support the Homelessness Service.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the needs of homeless applicants and assess their suitability for move-on schemes.
Match cases to appropriate move-on options, including supported accommodation, private rented tenancies, in-house accommodation, or social housing through designated programs.
Undertake lone working responsibilities confidently, conducting visits to clients residing in homeless B&Bs and Hotels across Manchester.
Demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity while working independently, ensuring the welfare of clients in temporary accommodations.Requirements Needed:
