Cleaning Duty Manager – London St Pancras Station
Rolling Rota over 7 days – 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm

We are looking for a Cleaning Duty Manager to join our transport division, overseeing Supervisors and Operatives for a large rail client. You will be supporting the Operations Manager by ensuring the sites are supervised efficiently and that the specified cleaning standards are maintained to a high level.

As a Cleaning Duty Manager, you will:
* Ensure cleaners and supervisors are trained and records are maintained effectively including HSEQ training/machinery training/specification training.
* Supervise employees to ensure specified cleaning and work standards are maintained at all times, highlighting any issues to the Account Manager
* To carry out daily audits on sections of the site, record and give copies of reports to Account Lead weekly
* Inform Account Lead immediately of any vacancies and provide support in appointing cleaners through interviews
* To complete tool box talks and staff meetings on a monthly basis
As a Cleaning Duty Manager, you’ll have:
* A 5 year checkable work history
* Awareness of COSHH, H&S and IOSH
* A willingness to contribute to the development and implementation of the overall ethos/work/aims of Churchill
* Ability to multi-task with a methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
* The ability to adhere to manual handling and health and safety regulations as required
You will also be required to undergo pre-employment and ad hoc medical and drug tests.
