Job Description
I'm looking to speak with experienced Building Services Managers to join a reputable Tier 1 contractor, working on large projects around Greater Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have a strong MEP background (either main contractor or sub-contractor background) with experience in the pre-construction, design and delivery aspects of MEP and Utility services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various sectors including but not limited to Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Education, Healthcare.
The salary on offer is up to £85,000 + £6,00 Car Allowance & Package, depending on experience.
