Holiday Park | Lancashire | Permanent | Full Time
Salary: £30k
Accommodation can be made available at one of our client's parks close by so vehicle would be preferable

Are you an experienced Bar/Food Venue Manager? We have a fabulous opportunity to join the enthusiastic and professional team at a this beautiful 5* Holiday Lodge Park. We are looking to recruit a hands-on F&B Venue Manager for our clients lovely on-site bar who additionally will ensure standards of preparation and oversee the daily operational duties and performance of the small bar team working with you. Your role is to ensure that both internal and external customers receive an excellent quality service whilst assisting the business to achieve overall profitability in their department.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring that the F& B Venue is set up for the day’s business for the guests and customers
Ensuring that all team members are briefed and directed accordingly
Helping to run any events on the day
Working closely with the Park Manager to ensure that the finer details for successful service are in place
Ensuring that the venue is cleared and reset at the start or end of each service
Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures
Key Skills and Experience
Will have experience as a F&B Manager within a guest focused environment
Will be passionate about their environment and will enjoy the buzz of running shifts
Will have an excellent eye for detail
Be very hands on during service and lead from the front
