A forward-thinking Quantity Surveying Consultancy with a diverse portfolio of commercial projects is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Leeds team and make an immediate impact.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a world-renowned company with a well-established team in Leeds, where you'll play a key role in delivering projects to completion while providing guidance and support to junior Quantity Surveyors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in delivering a diverse range of projects across sectors such as Office, Industrial & Logistics, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, and Healthcare.
This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen client relationships, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments. The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within UK Construction Consultancies
A RICS accredited degree qualification is beneficial
Eager to build relationships with clients
Strong pre and post contract experience
Comfortable managing a small team
A successful track record running jobs from start to finishIn Return?
