The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will join a team of 8 skilled professionals, working together to serve an expanding client base across the built environment. The Quantity Surveyor
The new Quantity Surveyor will be professional, client facing and have previous experience working in a Consultancy environment. You will be ambitious and eager to work on an exciting multitude of projects and develop professionally with the APC. You will also have:
A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards and in need of greater support
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Cost Consultancy (1 year minimum)
A valid UK driving license

The company is happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
£35,000 - £45,000
Car allowance
Hybrid working - 3x days in the office
26 days annual leave + bank holidays
