Job Description
A vibrant, forward-thinking Cost Management Consultancy is seeking a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor who wants to move up quickly to a senior role to be based out of their growing Birmingham office.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in pre- and post-contract phases of the project and will report to an Associate. Purchasing work, maintaining final accounts, value engineering, and early cost planning are among the responsibilities that will be assigned.
The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will be able to work in a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, fit out, education, data centres, and hotels, in addition to their desired area of expertise.

PQS experience within a UK Consultancy
