Job Description
Class 1 are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the hospitality division within our Hounslow office.
This role is perfect for individuals that are ready to swap their on-site duties for an office.If you are a people person with experience running events/restaurants/bars and want to gain valuable experience from the other side, then this could be the role you never knew you needed.
Duties will include account managing, recourcing/recruiting candidates, managing bookings and on-site check-ins.
Office hours are Mon to Fri (Apply online only) however, as with all hospitality work, requirements in peak season for weekend support would be required along with being on-call.
Role and Responsibilities
Working at our Hounslow Office to oversee a portfolio of mixed clients including contract catering, premium hotels, sporting stadias/arenas/venues
Ensure on target performance is reached monthly and in line with annual target
Recruiting and onboarding a regular pool of chefs, plate waiting staff, bartenders, kitchen porters, logistic/cellar porters, managers plus all grades of hospitality staff to meet individual clients' demands
Meeting and working with clients to build relationships, review services and re-book staff
Attending staff check-ins Essential Attributes
Previous recruitment experience within the hospitality sector
Able to provide your own black book of clients
An excellent communicator
Ability to problem solve and work in an extremely fast paced environment
Self-motivated and proactive
A dedicated team player with a flexible can-do attitude
Be able to multi task
